2. Account Registration & Responsibility

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities, including hacking, phishing, and fraud.
- Hosting or distributing harmful content such as malware or viruses.
- Spamming, unsolicited emails, or abusive messaging.
- Hosting copyrighted or illegal content without proper authorization.
4. Payment & Billing
- All payments must be made in advance according to your chosen hosting plan.
- Late or failed payments may result in account suspension or termination.
- UXHosting reserves the right to change pricing with prior notice.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on hosting services.
- Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and add-on services are non-refundable.
- To cancel your service, submit a cancellation request through our support portal.
6. Service Uptime & Maintenance
- We guarantee 99.99% uptime but may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.
- Unscheduled downtime due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., cyberattacks) is not covered under the uptime guarantee.
7. Data Protection & Security
- UXHosting implements DDoS protection, firewalls, and daily backups for security.
- You are responsible for keeping backups of your data in addition to our provided backup solutions.
- We are not liable for data loss due to user actions, cyberattacks, or third-party failures.
8. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- You violate any terms outlined in this agreement.
- Your usage negatively impacts server performance or security.
- You fail to make payments within the due period.
9. Limitation of Liability
- UXHosting is not liable for any loss, downtime, or damages resulting from service use.
- We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
10. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
